    Appointments are subject to the availability of the doctors. The appointment is confirmed only after you get a call or message from the clinic reception. The clinic strongly encourages prior appointments. A walk-in consultation visit is taken only if there is an available slot. Clients are requested to make the next appointment for their visit before leaving the clinic. In case you are not planning to attend a physicial visit,please inform at the earliest so that the slot can be given to another patient.

  2. Registration: Patients must enter their full name during the first registration and their actual date of birth as per Adhaar. Proof should accompany any change in name /date of birth. The phone number given during registration should have a facility for WhatsApp for communication and should be unique to the individual.
  3. Electronic Medical Records: The clinic maintains the electronic medical records of all patients seen in the clinic. Once the registration is done, the patient is seen by the nurse for vitals and the dietician/diabetes educator for a detailed clinical history before being seen by the doctor.
  4. Investigations: Relevant investigations are done in the clinic before meeting the doctor. The patient should prepare for the same in a fasting/non-fasting state as per the doctor’s advice and should arrive at the clinic well in time to have the tests and get the results. The investigations may be accessed electronically by downloading the Grapes app . Alternatively, a hard copy can be collected from the reception.
  5. Patient preparation for a clinical visit: For ease of a clinical visit, patients must adhere to the following:
    • Bring all relevant documents of prior treatment, including prescription and tests
    • Referral letter if referred by another consultant or institution
    • Wear suitable clothing (e.g. half sleeve shirts) for blood sampling, blood pressure monitoring, and clinical examination
    • Be in clinic atleast 20 minutes ahead of the appointment time for registration and preliminary checks.
  6. Pharmacy services: The electronic medical record-generated prescriptions will be dispensed from the pharmacy. Please talk to pharmacists to understand the proper use of the medicines. Medicines can be purchased from the pharmacy at a discount.
  7. Next visit date: Please approach the reception to take the next date for an appointment before you leave the clinic.
  8. Timing of clinic: The doctor/dentist/dietician consultations are by appointment. The laboratory functions from 7 AM to 6 PM on Monday to Saturday and from 7 AM to 1 PM on Sundays. The pharmacy functions from 9 AM to 6 PM on Monday to Saturday( Sunday is a holiday)
