WELCOME TO THE ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM OF PROVIDENCE ENDOCRINE AND DIABETES SPECIALTY CENTRE. WE RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THROUGH THE FAQ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
You can book appointments using the online appointment system. You can also use the telephone numbers (0471-6662880/8606601368). You can WhatsApp 8606601368 or e-mail us at endodiabetes@gmail.com for appointments. After the online booking, you will receive communication from the office confirming the time and date. Booking an appointment online is not a confirmation of the same. A call, WhatsApp message, or mail from our office will confirm this.
There will be variable waiting time for our doctors. You can talk to our reception staff for knowing the same.
We are happy to accommodate any walk-in patients according to the availability of the consultants, OPD timings, and patient counts for the day. We recommend you confirm with the reception a day in advance before the visit.
Please bring all your medical records for the visit especially the last prescription. Please bring your photo identification (Aadhaar card/passport/driving licence) if you have not submitted it earlier.
If a time slot is open, you could take it. If not, the receptionist will offer you the earliest available time slot. As the online appointment is not real-time, you will get a call from our office for fixing the appointment.
Yes. You can use the online consultation system to pay with a credit/ debit card or UPI. However, making the payment is not a confirmation of the consultation. A call, WhatsApp, or e-mail from our office will confirm your appointment with the corresponding consultant.
For all payments done in person at the reception, a refund is possible if you have not been seen by ANY healthcare provider (dietician/physician assistant or physicians). For all online payments, you can shift appointment to a later date subject to availability of appointments during the confirmation call from the office. For no shows following a confirmed online payment, refunds are not available.
No. A referral note is not required. It would be good to have one so that our doctors can communicate with your family physician.
