Manju M.J is a Post Graduate in Medical Biochemistry from Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology and has worked with various laboratories which have achieved NABL accreditations. She has extensive experience in the use of automated and semi-automated instruments. Her area of special interest is quality assurance in laboratory medicine. Manju leads a team of 6 laboratory technicians and participates actively in seminars and academic activities.
She holds the position of Quality Manager at Providence and was involved in all the activities leading to the certification process. She has undergone assessor training for QAI Certification of Basic Composite Medical Laboratories (BCML) and Quality manager training : Internal Auditor and Quality Management Systems (FQI ).
