All orders by 2 PM within city limits are delivered by 6 PM on the same day. Beyond these times, the order will be delivered on the next day. For orders outside city limits, our pharmacist will call you and discuss regarding the delivery times. We will make sure that you are at home before we send your medicines.
All standard discounts, lab coupons and access to other services like 3T and Safe Sharps program are applicable even during home delivery of medicines. However, for safety reasons, the Safe Sharp containers are not collected back during home delivery.
In Providence pharmacy, all our medicines are stored in air-conditioned rooms with temperatures below 25 C. Insulin, growth hormone, vaccines and other drugs that require temperature-controlled storage are stored in commercial refrigerators (not home refrigeration) with continuous digital temperature recording and temperature logs. The insulin is transported in special containers with ice packs to your residence.
You can pay for the same by online bank transfer, credit card or Paytm. Or you can pay by cash at the time of delivery.
Our staff handling home delivery are trained in all precautions related to hand hygiene to prevent infections. They undergo weekly check-ups to make sure that they are not suffering from any transmissible diseases. Our staff will wear masks, wash hands and use hand sanitisers before they leave our premises, before and after all deliveries and once they complete their service. They use gloves during service. We will leave the packs on a secure surface or hand it over to you with a contactless procedure.
